Can holders tub covers: Can holders and tub covers will help organize your ice cream and keep things sanitary. During the hustle and bustle of a busy evening, ice cream slops and drips will inevitably occur. Tub covers and can holders can be removed at the end of a shift and wiped clean, keeping your freezer both hygienic and visually appealing for customers. Tub covers are designed to sit on top of ice cream containers, so make sure to check the size of your gallons and match them with coordinating covers.
Offer customers the option to buy a take-out container of frozen yogurt. Some people won't have time to stop and eat their yogurt right in your shop, while others will simply want to buy some frozen yogurt to take home. You can likely purchase ice cream containers of various sizes to package to-go orders from the same supplier you use for your napkins, cups and spoons.
The principle used by these machines is quite simple. The actual freezing is accomplished in the unit's freezer bowl, which contains a cooling liquid between a double-insulated wall. The bowl must be extremely cold before it can freeze anything, so you put the bowl in your freezer, preferably for at least 12 hours. (My original unit came with an extra freezer bowl, so I keep both bowls in the freezer at all times so I can make ice cream whenever the notion strikes me.)
