Peristaltic Pump. The peristaltic pump can be found in machines such as the Taylor 8756. Though the peristaltic pump serves a different function that the horizon and simplified pumps, it is still crucial to the functioning of the machine. This pump pushes the product up to the freezing cylinders.
It measures 26 inches high x 9 inches wide x 26 inches deep and can produce an impressive 17 quarts of ice cream an hour. Owners report that it was able to provide enough ice cream for a party of 300, another shared that they used it from 11am to 9pm without a problem.
